Embracing Decolonization, Anti-Racism, and Feminist Perspectives
Our research and consulting services in Mental Health and Well-being cater specifically to program evaluations while embracing a decolonized, anti-racist, and feminist approach. We specialize in assessing the effectiveness and impact of programs and policies, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Through research methodologies rooted in inclusivity and equity, we employ data analysis and evaluation techniques that challenge systemic biases. Our comprehensive evaluations of existing programs identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement through a social justice lens. Tailored to the unique needs of policymakers, our consulting services offer evidence-based recommendations and strategies that prioritize marginalized voices and foster equitable initiatives.
