What We Do

Counselling Therapy
Camila Reis offers online Individual Counselling Therapy. Her primary focus is on evidence-based practice and related orientations, as defined through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness, Cultural humility and Trauma-Informed Approach.

Cultural Humility
We respectfully acknowledge that our offices are on the traditional land of the Mi’kmaq First Nation. We offer our gratitude to the First Nations, Metis, and Inuit, in conjunction with all Indigenous peoples of both North and South America, for their respectful teachings about our Earth and our relations.
Further, relative to personal life experience, we possess a solid understanding and appreciation of the struggles that many newcomers face during the process of acculturation within a new country. Understanding how culture, language, discrimination and isolation impact one’s mental health is crucial to invoking change.
